  • House-made gnocchi of the day

  • Rigatoni pasta - Beef & veal ragu, topped with parmigiano reggiano

  • Smoked burrata - Prosciutto, baby tomatoes, and charred focaccia, dressed in a vibrant chimichurri sauce (gf)

  • Seared pork belly - Braised lentils and pancetta, complemented by a sweet shallot dressing (gf)

Alchemy Restaurant and Bar is a unique Australian dining experience. Located in a stunning position on the Brisbane River, the venue has an atmosphere of relaxed elegance inspired by the exquisite cuisine and spectacular views.

Head Chef Brad Jolly is regarded as one of Australia’s leading and most influential chefs. Brad has won several prestigious international and national accolades, including four first-place titles in the La Chaine des Rotisseurs in Paris. A culinary perfectionist, Brad has worked alongside Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot, and Jamie Oliver.
