Brad Jolly - Chef Owner

Award winning, international chef, Brad Jolly’s passion for food was well under way when he started cooking for his family at just 10 years of age.

Brad’s international reputation was established early in his career receiving over eight national and international titles before he was 19.  At just 22 Brad competed against the world’s best young chefs and took out the World Title in the La Chaine des Rotisseurs. Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950. Brad has been honoured with four first place titles in this international competition.

Brad’s most famous dish Marinated Slow Cooked Braised Beef with Confit Shallots, Smoked Bacon Lardons, Button Mushrooms and Creamy Mash Potatoes features on the menu at Alchemy along with some perennial Brad Jolly favourites.
